Syncing broken for 10 days

I haven't been able to sync my computers for about 10 days now. I thought I may have filled up my storage quota, so I bought more space, but syncing is still not working. When I turn the debug output I keep getting the "associated libraries are locked" error.

Anybody know of a way to short-circuit this? I'd be ok with replacing the online database with one of my local copies.
  • Is your zotero data folder on some type of network drive or a syncing folder (like dropbox)? That would be the most common cause of this.
    I assume in ten days you've tried restarting your computer?

    If neither applies, provide a debug ID for a failed (manual) sync.

  • (@adamsmith, that message indicates a lock on the server, I think)
  • My PDFs are stored in a local webdav server, which seems to be working fine. The rest is all in respective home directories.

    I ran the sync with debug output on for a minute or so (have ran it for a whole day as well) and submitted the log with ID D96960350.
  • Should be fixed now.
