arXiv Translator broken on some papers

Trying to add quant-ph/0404104 using Zotero Connector for Chrome (Connector v4.0.21, Standalone v4.0.21.2, Chrome v37.0.2062.94 (64-bit/Linux))
resulted in a translator error. The debug log for Zotero Connector shows the line below added after each attempt to add the paper, as noted in Report #674696837.

    I can't reproduce this. Can you copy-paste the page source (right-click page -> View Page Source) of this page to http://gist.github.com and link to it here?

    Can you submit a debug log (from Chrome) for an attempt to import that article?

    Hm. It seems to have actually worked this time. No updates so far as I can see, and using the same network. Anyway, the debug log was submitted as D1440675750 in case it helps, but with it actually working, not sure what it will say, sorry.

    Yeah, we would need a debug log for a failed attempt. I would guess that it was some intermittent error/outage with their OAI server (though I don't think we've had reports of this before)

    Were you importing a lot of articles in a short period of time? arXiv implements some rate limiting that we may be ignoring, which could have caused this error (though I think it would have looked a bit different).

    I don't believe this was rate-limiting, no, as I had tried to import no more than two or three articles before this.

    the arxiv API has gone down before, so I'd bet on that.
