Zotero does not work with Ball State's Sirsi catalog

When trying to save an item from our online Sirsi catalog, I get the following error message:
"Could not save item.
An error occurred while saving this item."
This occurs whether I save from a single-item screen, or using the handy "select items" feature. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions given on your site, but they did not help. I also tried both versions of Firefox for PC (portable and installed) running on Windows XP. I think this is a great tool, and want to encourage our students to use it, but not before this bug can be fixed. To get to our library web site, here is the general link: http://www.bsu.edu/library/
Unfortunately, our system will not allow someone to enter a URL and go to a specific record; you have to do a search first.
