Multiple citations as 1 (a) xyz, (b)xyz, (c) xyz

I am using Zotero efficiently for individual citations, however, no idea about the way to insert group of citations.

can't be done, sorry. We're aware of this, but it's a mess and it likely won't be happening anytime soon.
