Error report 11724976 unable to save from amazon.com

I am unable to save items from amazon.com or amazon.co.uk to Zotero (Error Reoprt ID 11724976). When I click on the Save to Zotero icon in the address bar, I get the error message "Could not save item". I am able to save successfully from www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed.

I have the latest versions of Firefox and Zotero for Firefox, and Windows 7 64-bit is updated. I have updated the Zotero translators. Firefox is set to "Remember history", and I have disabled all Add-ons (except Zotero) and restarted Firefox. The error persists.

I would be grateful for help in resolving this problem.

    I do not have Java installed. Is that the cause of the problem?
  • Should be fixed now. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now and try again.

    P.S. Java is in no way related to Zotero, which is mostly written in JavaScript (though confusion is understandable).
