Error synching library

This is in reference to error report 659403420.

I cannot access source documents from within Zotero Standalone, although I can if I log into Zotero website. Also, I can see the documents are being stored in Zotero data directory on my computer at: C:\Users\Todd\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\72sjc040.default\zotero

This is a new computer, and I am not sure if the problem is related to having stored my documents without problem in a Dropbox file extension on my old laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.
