added grammarly to word now zotero wont work

I added grammarly to word 2007 for checking document &now zotero has stopped functioning and I get a message
"Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again"
I changed nothing in zotero or firefox
Appreciate help

    I doubt that it's actually related. Does the problem go away if you disable Grammarly?

    Is the Zotero word integration plugin installed in Firefox?

    The firefox zotero word add in seems to have became disabled. Once I enable it and restart firefox all seems to be working ok.
