Upgrade StorageTimestamp of when a label was applied (as tooltip)
Often times I found that I wish I knew when exactly it was that I applied a certain label to a library entry. It would be useful if, behind the scenes, this date/timestap were logged, and then displayed as a tooltip when hovering the mouse above an item's label. Ideally this feature could be turned off for people who don't want to see this tooltip upon hovering above labels.
