import issn from PICA (sudoc...) catalog

If you try to import a record for a serial in Sudoc, like http://www.sudoc.abes.fr/DB=2.1/SRCH?IKT=12&TRM=073622842
the PICA translator does not seem to take into account the ISSN.
It should be imported in the appropriate field.

    (And it is imported as a "book", but I suppose it is not an issue, as there is no "serial" type in Zotero for a serial taken as a whole (not a given issue of a serial)

    right, but that's the problem: there's no ISSN field for books, so the appropriate field isn't available.
