Citations in footnotes vs frames
Hello,
I am fiddling around with the csl editor to accomodate my needs. My in-text citations are numbers, refering to a footnote on the same page. I then added a prefix "cf. "to the Inline Citation layout. I am using Iceweasel & Apache OpenOffice.
So far everything worked fine except:
1) in frames (i.e. caption to figures and tables), the in-text citation is (automatically?) different: Zotero does not insert a number but the short citation text directly, which is okay for me. However, here I do not want to have this preceeding "cf. ". Is there a way to achieve this?
2) Citations inserted into tables are handled like citations into frames. I would like to have them in tables like for regular in-text citations. Any suggestions?

fbennettedited August 10, 2014Sorry, the CSL processor isn't able to adapt to context in that way. You'll have to make manual adjustments to the document at the final stage.

adamsmithwell, but it should be able to insert footnotes in tables. Can you manually insert a footnote in a table in OpenOffice?
