No adress bar icons for Cairn.info or Le Monde.fr

Hi,

I'm having trouble to see translators on several websites. I don't see any address bar icon on Le Monde.fr or Cairn.info for instance (ex : http://www.cairn.info/resume.php?ID_ARTICLE=RHS_671_0035) on my new computer. But I do have address bar icons on Amazon.fr or Sudoc.abes.fr.
I tried several upgrades, extensions disactivations... but it still doesn't work.
I am using Zotero 4.0 on Firefox 31.0 on a PC running with Windows 8.

Everything else on Zotero is working fine. As I am using a lot Cairn, it's really annoying not to get the translators.

    No translators found
    Can you go into your Zotero data directory and take a look in the 'translators' directory? Do you see a "Cairn Info.js" file? (Do you see any files?)

    In any case, resetting translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences will probably fix this, unless there's a deeper problem. (Do you have your Zotero data directory on Dropbox or anything like that?)
