troubleshoot getting started

I downloaded zotero and went to email to confirm the account. I was instructed to site and look for zotero icon at lower right corner of my screen. The icon does not appear on my screen. please advise as to how I should proceed. thank you.

    The icon has moved as of Firefox 31. Look for a Z icon to the right of the URL bar. You can also open the Zotero pane with Ctrl+Shift+Z

    I've updated the Quick Start Guide to reflect the new icon location.
