Friendly SQLite desktop software for handling Zotero database. Any suggestion?

Does anyone have suggestions about friendly SQLite desktop software for handling Zotero database?

I know about "SQLite Manager" (addon for Firefox) but I do look for desktop software.

What are you trying to do? What OS do you use?

I intend to solve a couple of bugs direct in the Zotero SQL database. For instance, there are search folders which criteria created makes Zotero crash always I select the folders. Since through Zotero`s interface I can`t handle the problem it seems the solution is in the SQL database.

Anyway, I will take this as a change not only to fix Zotero but to learn SQLite broadly.

Complementary to the "SQLite Manager" (addon for Firefox) I would like to know a desktop SQLite software as well.

My OS is Win 8.1 Pro X64.
