Problems with word add on: generating bibliography (report 892077684)

Hello,

I have a problem with generating bibliography in the word add-on. Whenever I try to generate it I get runtime 91 error. I have de-installed an re-installed the add-on twice but it did not help.

I think it has to do with the fact that my bibliography contains 'self made' - citations, in other word citation which I have manually added (documents which Zotero does not recognize from internet). Whenever I try to generate a bibliography from items which Zotero recognizes I do not have this problem.

Second very little question (not related to the above mentioned): I have manually assigned a keyboard shortcut to the ZoteroInsertCitation macro which came with an add-on. Whenever I use it, I don't get the cursor automatically in the search box and have to do it with a mouse. So the whole shortcut becomes kind of pointless. Is there a solution for this?
