Cannot sync attachment to Box after change their location with Zotfile

I have set up Webdav sync with BOX, and if I don't change the attachment location it works fine, so I can access my collection on iPAD with papership or zotpad. But I would like to move the attachment out of the original folder with zotfile so I can easily find the pdf files without Zotero. And under this circumstances, the attachment cannot be synced to BOX. Is there any way I can have my attachment synced to BOX so I can access my collection with apps like zotpad or papership on iPAD? Thanks.

    Linked files don't sync, so if you want to use WebDAV syncing you'll need to use stored files. You can create a virtual folder (a.k.a. saved search) in your OS to give you easy access to stored Zotero PDFs, though.
