Syncing error

I am trying to sync a group database with my standalone Zotero and I keep getting an error message.

    Hover over the blue progress bar to see if it's making progress each time. If so, just keep syncing (or leave auto-sync enabled and let it sync on its own) and it should finish — this may just be an intermittent error that can happen, particularly with large initial file syncs and/or on slow networks.

    If it's happening immediately on every sync attempt, the problem is likely due to security software or misconfigured proxy settings.
