All my files has dispeared

Hello, i need help it's very important:
My computer have been stolen and i have a new one. When i'm connect on my zotero account i can see all my category (tuberculosis, case report...) but all is empty! why? i need absolutely the bibliography i made for my thesis! but all is empty no file. I used the app for firefox, why all the files are not on line.

    From the looks of it, before today you only synced once, in January, with a very small amount of data. I can't tell you why that was, but I'm afraid you only have 8 items online (including child items).

    If you think you were in fact syncing, perhaps you were using a different account?

    elodie.rossigneux: If your library does not turn out to be in another account, we may be able to recover the items cited in your thesis using MLZ. I've sent a private Zotero message, drop me a line if you're interested.
