Items from Amazon are no longer recognized (ReportID=125739603)

Hallo,
I have just got the following problem: book links from Amazon.com are no longer taken over into Zotero. Yesterday I could do it, but today it does not function any longer saying "Could not save item".
I have just sent a report with ReportID=125739603.

Zotero Version=4.0.21.5
Firefox 31.0
Windows 7 32 bit.

Thanks a lot for any tips, Alex

We'll need an example URL. Make sure you've tried with other extensions disabled.
  • Same problem here:

    ReportID: D210863358

    Amazon Link:
    http://www.amazon.com/Mystery-Lords-Supper-Vintage-Puritan-ebook/dp/B00M2151TA/ref=pd_sim_kstore_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0BJHXPD096FB4ZRDVEZ4

Tried disabling all extensions. Went through the troubleshooting guide as well.

    ZU.xpathText(...) is null
Your Debug ID doesn't cover a save attempt, though — can you try the instructions again?
  • I simply clicked on the icon in the URL bar and received and error.

What is the sequence I should follow to get an accurate report?

    Thanks!

That's what you do for a Report ID.

A Debug ID is a different process.
  • I followed the Debug ID Process:

    ID: D1177364886

    Amazon Link:
    http://www.amazon.com/dp/1581346611/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1VH8I1Y21GVDK&coliid=I3UQSGQLGPCQHX

Thanks. Someone will take a look.

  • Should be fixed now. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now and try again.

Out of curiosity, for the last link you posted, right under where it says "Shop by Department", does it not say "Books" for you?
