HighWire problems

I'm having some trouble with sites that use the HighWire 2.0 translator. Two examples

Other translators are working fine.

Run through these: https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

It's working ok on my end. There was a recent update to the translator though, so maybe you're not up to date. (that's one of the steps on the linked page)

Hey thanks for the reply. So it wasn't that the translators needed updating (it was a fresh install anyway, but I did try updating). In any case, I just started using Chrome instead of Firefox and all seems well. Everything also works fine on my Mac and Linux computers at home. So it's either specific to Firefox for Windows, or Firefox for Windows on this specific computer.
