Searching tagless items

Hi, I have many items in my library without any tags along with others that are tagged, all mixed in the same collections. I'd like to know how to make a Saved Search to locate them. I really don't know how to construct the search. Is it doable, or am I barking up the wrong tree? Is there a better way?

    Should work.

    % is the wildcard search character
