Insert a full bibliographic entry through the insert citation function
Hi I don't know if this is possible.
I'm preparing a reading list for a class. At the moment, I just insert the citations as I work on the document, so that I have a record of what I'm putting in. Then, when ready, I generate the bibliography and move/copy full entries to wherever relevant.
It would be nice to be able to use the insert citation function, but have the whole bibliographic details displayed, instead of just the citation.
This would just make it easier for me to prepare the document, rather than having to either move the full entries around manually and/or drag and drop from Zotero.
So the document would look something like this:
Week 1 - Internet and the audience
* Required readings
Bermejo, F. 2007. The Internet audience: constitution & measurement. New York: Peter Lang.
Hutchby, I. 2001. Technologies, Texts and Affordances. Sociology 35, 441 –456.
Week 2 - Internet and transnationalism
* Required readings
Magder, T. 2004. Transnational Media, International Trade and the Idea of Cultural Diversity. Continuum 18, 380–397.
Schiller, N. G., L. Basch & C. Blanc-Szanton 1992. Towards a Definition of Transnationalism. Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences 645, ix–xiv.
... and so on

(OTOH, if you want to use the insert-citation widget in the word processor to insert full bibliography entries at the cursor, you could do that with a custom CSL style -- just change its ID and name, remove its <citation></citation> block, and rename its <bibliography></bibliography> block to "citation". That probably won't get you hanging-indent formatting, but the text of the bib entry will all come through.)
This is more useful for me as it means I can more easily call them up from the insert-citation widget rather than switching to another window, etc.
