It is a few days that when I insert a citation in a OpenOffice (version 4.1.0) document, it appears in the text but the item is not added to the bibliography at the end of the paper. Previously it worked fine. I do not remember having done anything which could justify that. I am using zotero standalone 4.0.21.5 on macOS 10.9.3. I have tried to reinstall both openoffice and zotero, but the problem remains.

Have you tried deleting and re-inserting the bibliography? Is this the case for one specific document or any document?
