This error occurred using Zotero Standalone (4.0.21.2). At the time the error occurred, importing reference using Firefox (version 30) with attachments from Scientific Research Open Access (http://www.scirp.org/journal/). The Zotfile Plugin is installed.
Restarted Zotero Standalone and seems to be working normally.
