Upgrade StorageUnable to sync to desktop
I wasn't sure if I needed to start a new discussion. You thought that perhaps the proxy or security settings at our end may explain why my desktop could not sync.
I've been talking with our administrator, who thinks system proxy settings are ok at this end. We did find an error message (repeatedly) which I cannot send to you. The dialogue box just hangs. Is there an authentication problem?
