Upgrade StorageU of Guelph catalogue won't save
Example of a URL that won't save to my Zotero:

The problem isn't specific to saving "unusual" items such as videorecordings, microfiche, etc. It seems to effect all material from this Terllis catalogue, intermittently. I've tried all the other suggestions on your toubleshoot page and nothing seems to have helped.
