ProQuest translator cannot save items in Firefox

Hi Everyone:

I'm using Zotero Standalone 4.0.21.2 with the Firefox plugin 4.0.21.4 in Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.
I get the folder icon on ProQuest Dialog search results pages, but when I select an item to download, I get this message: "Could Not Save Item. An error occurred while saving this item. Check Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

Report ID: 1854453094

I followed the troubleshooting steps, but nothing has changed.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
  • Could you provide a proquest permalink as well as a description of the database (since proquest provides access to many different ones) and the search term(s) you're using.
  • Thanks for your response, Adam.

I searched "collagen IV" and I was searching all databases. None of the search results on the page could import into Zotero, and they were from various databases.
It's quite a link -- here it is.
