import items from a given text

I vaguely remember that there is a tool to convert a given text bibliography, say copied from a pdf journal article, into zotero. Is there?

(I haven't tested these for a while, but the order is probably not ideal. Of the tools listed, Anystyle may be the most user-friend and is one of the best performing).
