Upgrade StorageZotero documentation is not accesible on the Zotero Web page.
Trying to access https://www.zotero.org/support/ (root of the Documentation tree) This mornig (Jul 11, 2014, 09h54 UTC), th page says :

Curiously, its french translation still exists...ad allow acces to (some version of) the version history.
