Flag items in the main window

Hi,

it would be great if there's an option to flag or highlight certain items within the central window in an extra column.
maybe aimilar to mailing software you can ad a mark just by clicking once saying "remember for later discussion" or else.

or did i just missed this function?

    I don't think there is currently such a feature. Although you could of course use tags for this purpose:
