Style Error: The journal of Modern history

the style is simply Chicago Manual. The preview shows the bibliography format that's not actually used in the journal. If there are problems with the footnotes (which is possible) you'd have to specify.

Thanks for your answer.
The style is a shorter version of the Chicago Manual. For example, it does not ask for the publisher in books, so there is a place for it in the style list.

Among the problems I encounter are 1st ref. which look like 2nd, e.g.:
Landes, Revolution in Time: Clocks and the Making of the Modern World, without given full details.
In the meantime I'll use Chicago Manual and adjust manually.
