hello
i get the following when zotero 1.5 tries to upgrade my database
mac os 10.4.11 firefox 3.01

1) Is this on a regular hard drive, or is it an external/USB drive?

2) Are you by any chance low on disk space?

3) With Firefox closed, can you go into the Zotero data directory and list the files you see in the top level ('zotero.sqlite', 'storage', etc.)?

well ... i think the problem is solved. or rather zotero 1.5 is working now. it is wonderful so far! just out of interest what i was trying to do was to upgrade a duplicate of my zotero database from a guest account on my mac, as a kind of workaround to the complex method suggested :p but i guess i ran into some kind of permission problem?!
