Upgrade Storage"Create New Item from Current Page" saved nothing

My name is Chang. I have been loving to save a web page with the handy right-click option "Create New Item from Current Page" in firefox for a long time. This works well in my own laptop (64-bit windows 7, English version). However, I saved no web page when attempting to do so in a desktop, as well as a laptop at my work place　(both with 64-bit Chinese windows 7 installed). This appears to be caused by the network in my company, which requires user to set proxy and port to connect to the Internet. Besides, I can't connect to blogs, facebook and dropbox. I have had my Zotero and firefox up to date in these two machines and they sync well with my Zotero in the server. To connect to the Internet, I have to set proxy and the port. I don't know Can any one advice on how to solve this problem? Many thanks in advance.
