Can't Export Citations

Dear Friends,

I cannot export any of my folders or citations as the error message reads [when I try to export]:
Java Script Application--An error occurred while trying to export the selected file"

Please Help.

    I'm guessing, based on your post in another thread, that this is with the Sync Preview? If so, please post issues with the Sync Preview to the Sync Preview category. Moving this there now.

    Restart Firefox, attempt an export, send in an error report with Report Errors in the Actions (gear icon) menu, and post the Report ID here.

    Hi Dan,
    Tried as well -- selected all my stuff, right clicked and selected "Export..." and got the error -- here's my Report ID: 825943535

    Incidentally, also tried exporting just one item: a WebPage with one attachment, and I get a Progress pop-up "Exporting items...' that just goes on forever.
