Sync errors

Hi,
I'm maintaining a group library in Zotero that I use at work, and I'm finding that several coworkers are having various syncing errors. For example, the report ID for one error is: 122794649. I was having similar issues that appeared to be related to security settings that have now been resolved. However, there appear to be several different issues associated with the above error besides "invalid security certificate", such as the following:

WARN Soft error submitting data: Network transport error.

WARN Reached the limit of daily submission attempts. Rescheduling for tomorrow.

* For another coworker, the syncing appears to be running continuously (the green arrow never stops spinning). The citations appear to have all loaded okay in the Standalone version and she can see the PDF files attached to some citations, but she is not able to open the PDFs (the message that appears is something like: "file may have been removed", even though the files were never removed.

Any help with these issues would be appreciated. Thanks!
