Unable to find Reports option...?

Hello! I don't know if it is due to a reason virus cleaning on my machine or the Firefox update, but I do not see the option to generate reports anymore in Zotero. I have an error log number too, which is 362733214. Anyone know how to get the reporting function back?

    Where are you looking? In the context menu after right-clicking on collections and items? What do you see in those menus?

    If it's really not there, try disabling all other Firefox extensions.
