syncing not completed 568484782

Hello, I've have been for 2 weeks unable to sync my work, although i bought 6Gb storage. My problem ID is 568484782. What's the reason???

    If none of that helps, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error.
