translator doesn't work

Hi,

Currently the translator-function is not working in my iceweasel/firefox. I found out yesterday, and it definitely worked fine during the weekdays last week.

All other functions of zotero seem to work fine.

I have tried removing the add on from iceweasel, but after reinstall, I get the same error-message: troubleshooting translator issues (https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues). I have looked through them, and I don't seem to be suffering from any of them.

I am running Iceweasel 24.6.0 and zotero 4.0.21.2 on a Linux Debian system.

It's probably just me who is overlooking something simple, but I just can't seem to figure it out then. I have also tried searching other threads for an answer without any luck.

    Take a look at that linked page again. You should follow the steps (not just take a look at them). The last step in particular asks you to provide a number of details.

    Thanks, you are right. Sorry for the trouble, I have now posted on the translator-forum, and I will try to remove this thread, if I can.
