Based on that error report, you do not in fact have the Word for Windows plugin installed in Firefox.

I give clic on "Install Word for Windows Plugin 3.1.16 (Firefox extension)" and no happen nothing, only appear a window the installation of the plug but MS Word no show the add installed.

Did the installation complete successfully? Did you have Word closed while installing? Are you looking in the Add-on bar in Word? Which version of Word are you using?

When you sent that error report, at least, the plugin was not installed into Firefox. Until it is, and it shows up in the Firefox Add-ons window, nothing will appear in Word.

The Word is closed during the installarion. I have windows 8.1 and MS Word 2013
I dont know if the installation was successful because only appear the first windows of the installation and after nothing.

That's for Zotero itself, but the same steps apply to the Word plugin XPI. This isn't a Zotero issue — it means that your first download failed midway through and left you with a damaged XPI file.
