Style Request: CRC - Taylor and Francis

I would like to request the citation style of the books of proceedings published by CRC - Taylor and Francis. For example, see the following book.

In text citation should be like these:

1) Author & Author (1989) instead of Author and Author (1989)
2) (Author 1989a, b, Author & Author 1987) instead of (Author, 1989a,b; Author and Author, 1987)
3) (Author et al. 1989) instead of (Author, Author & Author 1989)


The instruction for authors are here:
At the end of the paper, list all references in alphabetical order underneath the heading REFERENCES (Reference heading tag). The references should be typed in small text (10 pt on 11 pt) and second and further lines should be in-dented 5.0 mm (0.2") (Reference text tag). If several works by the same author are cited, entries should be chronological:

Typography for references
Last name, First name or Initials (ed.) year. Book title (italics). City: Publisher.
Last name, First name or Initials year. Title of article. Title of Journal (italics, series number if necessary) volume number (issue number if necessary): page numbers.
