Quick jumping between reference number and cited reference

Usually, my document is more than hundreds of pages, and it is not easy to jump between the reference number in the document and cited reference at the end of the paper.

So I am just wondering whether there is a convenient way to jump between the reference number and cited reference quickly ?
Like the endnote, hold the Ctrl and click the reference number to jump to the corresponding cited reference, or vice versa.
