Word toolbar missing in OSX Word 2011

I've used the Zotero Word toolbar successfully before, but this morning when I tried to use it for the first time in a week I noticed that it's missing. The toolbar is enabled under the view/toolbars menu, and I've tried all the troubleshooting listed here: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting

I have also completely uninstalled/reinstalled Zotero standalone, with no luck. As far as I can tell, zotero.dot is in the right place.

The scripts menu works normally, but I need the toolbar - I do regular demos and classes about Zotero, and need to be able to show it.

Is there anything else I can try?

Details: OSX 10.9.2, Zotero standalone 4.0.20, Word 2011.

Toggling it off and on in View -> Toolbars doesn't help? I'd guess that it's just hidden off the screen somewhere.

Thank you, Dan! I've been going crazy with this. Even reinstalling Zotero altogether. It was off in view--so simple a solution. Good intuition!

Oh, sounds promising! So for my dumb follow-up question: How do I find it and move it back onto the screen?
