Idem in bibliography
As far as I can see there is no way to spot whether for example the author and editor of a book are identical and to replace the latter with "idem".
Take this example
John Doe: An Article. In: John Doe (ed): A Book. London: Publisher 2007.
At least in German speaking humanities it's quite common to replace the editor in this case and make it:
John Doe: An Article. In: Idem. (ed): A Book. London: Publisher 2007.
Am I missing something here or is this not (yet) implemented?

fbennettYou're not missing anything. We can't do that (yet, as you say :)

adamsmithI'm not seeing that one happen super soon, either. Maybe CSL 1.1, but that's still a good bit off.
