Hyphenate and commas between references in Word

Is there a way to automatically have Zotero put a comma between two references that I cite in word(e.g. 2,3)?

Additionally, if there are more than two, is there a way for Zotero to hyphenate them and only display the first and last references (e.g. 2-5)?

that's done automatically and as required by the citation style when inserting multiple sources at once:

Different from Endnote, adjacent citations aren't auto-merged, though.

What if you kept adding citations, so you didn't do it at once?

@EnfantsDoc: Just click in the citation and click Add/Edit Citation. Scroll up on the linked page for all the ways you can change an existing citation.
