Upgrade StorageAttachment id not an integer
when taking a snapshot of an asp generated blog post:

when I tried to access the snapshot to annotate the article zotero returned the error: Annotations for a snapshot may only be opened in one browser window simultaneously. This snapshot will be opened without annotations.
When I click ok/continue the page displays only: Attachment id not an integer
