Upgrade StorageZotero adds the letter 'a' after some of my citations in word (Mac)

When adding a citation in Word, some of my citations are appearing with the letter 'a' after the date. ie. (Syder, 2008a)
I have looked through the entry within Zotero on Firefox and I can not work out where or why it happens only to some of my citations. The only consistency is that these citations have come from IMDB.

adamsmithadd a bibliography, see if there's a Syder 2008b. If there is, that'd be the explanation. If there isn't something isn't working right.
