Snapshot of webpage is not shown

I imported the following webpage into Zotero: http://www.med.unibs.it/~airc/

When I try to view the snapshot I get an empty two-framed page (the original site has two frames) with the message "file not found" in each frame.
I can, however, see the saved page correctly with "show file"
