I have paid for unlimited storage but my zotero says I am out

I paid for unlimited storage but I am getting the following message that one of my groups:
The group 'Global Modern' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on zotero.org."

I have already upgraded my storage to Unlimited. Why am I getting this message?

  • File storage for groups is counted against the quota of the group owner. You, or at least the account you upgraded to unlimited storage, are not the owner of the group library, so your storage plan does not apply to the group.

If you want your unlimited quota to apply to the group, the group would need to be transferred so you are the owner.
