Exporting cited references in a document (Word) to Zotero library

Is there a way to export references cited in a Word document to Zotero? I'm talking about citation inserted by the Zotero plug-in.
OR
Is there a way to tag all references (already in your Zotero library) cited in a specific (Word) document?

not in regular Zotero, no. It's generally planned and MLZ has this ability:

But it won't make it into regular Zotero very soon.
