Working out where I am in Zotero and getting access to it all

I registered for and used Zotero last year. I changed computers and countries since then. I can find my library online but I can't get access to it via the Zotero button at the bottom right side of my screen. I want to get access and then to sync - or merge - both libraries. Can anyone help?

Thanks. Of the possible causes it may be that there are two accounts and I have inadvertently set up one on this computer and the original (which holds the bulk of my references). If this is so, is sync the answer?

I'll have a go and see what happens.
