IEEE: strange symbols in the article title
Recently, I've noticed a strange behaviour of Zotero translator with IEEE which I did not experience before.
Strange symbols appear in the article title such as "#x2013;".
To reproduce this bug, please try to download the citation of this article:
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/articleDetails.jsp?tp=&arnumber=4530761&searchField=Search_All&queryText=A+Differential+Power+Divider+Using+Shielded+Broadside-Coupled+Striplines
You will notice what I mean looking at the article title. This error is not present when you try to download the same citation from Google Scholar.
